WHAT TO EXPECT on OPENING DAY:

We need a day on the calendar to officially kick off the very first season of Pass Area Youth Baseball and Softball, and to get team photos and individual player photos. So bring those players dressed in their uniforms and ready for fun! Visit with teammates and their families as you enjoy games, activities, home run derbies (one with wiffle balls and one for the parents!) and more! It's a day designed to be FUN. You don't have to do anything but show up and enjoy yourself as we celebrate the beginning of a season of our favorite game.

See the team picture schedule posted here on this page and refer to your coaches on where and when to meet up Opening Day. We can't wait to see you all out on the fields!

(Our opening day was originally scheduled for 2/21/26 but we pushed it back one week due to our local school district's Presidents Week when kids were off school and many were out of town.)

*REMEMBER: Games begin 2/23/26. 

Reserved practice slots (from your practice schedule) are no longer active, and fields in the area will be open for use on a first-come, first-served basis. Please refer to your coach for more information on where and when your team will be practicing once games begin.

Attention Managers, Coaches and Volunteers!

For the safety of all kids in the league, our volunteers need to fill out an application and agree to a background check (cost of $20).  Simply fill out the Volunteer Request form online and hit submit. Our staff will review and you’ll be sent a payment link via email with more info.

If you previously paid for a background check when you signed up to volunteer through BYBSB, you will not be charged again, but we still need you to fill out the form because a background check has to be completed with our new league.

Refund Request Form

If you registered and completed payment for your child when the league was still "Beaumont Youth Baseball and Softball" and your child will be playing this Spring Season, you are entitled to a refund of the difference in registration fees (the fees you paid if you signed up prior to January 12 under BYB were higher than what the PAYBS fees are). The deadline to register your player for the 2026 Spring Season is Wednesday, February 4 by 5 p.m.

Remember, you must sign up in person in our office in the Noble Creek Community Center located at 390 W Oak Valley Parkway, Beaumont, California. 

As of 3 p.m. Feb 3, we have a small number of spots remaining in the following divisions: Foal, Shetland, 10U Softball, 12U Softball and 16U Softball. All other divisions are now at capacity.

 

If you would like to register your child for the Spring 2026 Season, we are holding IN PERSON registrations in our office. Please come to the Noble Creek Community Center located at 390 W Oak Valley Parkway, Beaumont, CA 92223. This office is on the hill overlooking all the ball fields. We accept only card payments, and please remember to bring your child's birth certificate for age verification.  We are open during normal business hours (Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Fridays 8 a.m. to noon).
