Attention Managers, Coaches and Volunteers!

For the safety of all kids in the league, our volunteers need to fill out an application and agree to a background check (cost of $20).  Simply fill out the Volunteer Request form online and hit submit. Our staff will review and you’ll be sent a payment link via email with more info.

If you previously paid for a background check when you signed up to volunteer through BYBSB, you will not be charged again, but we still need you to fill out the form because a background check has to be completed with our new league.

Refund Request Form

If you registered and completed payment for your child when the league was still "Beaumont Youth Baseball and Softball" and your child will be playing this Spring Season, you are entitled to a refund of the difference in registration fees (the fees you paid if you signed up prior to January 12 under BYB were higher than what the PAYBS fees are).
